You don’t have to worry about the logistics of bringing in an outside team. We have had the opportunity to perform at many weddings held at boutique resorts and luxury All Inclusive Resorts in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum, so we definitely know how things run. We will always introduce ourselves to your hotel coordinator and set up a site visit at your venue well in advance to map out the most efficient way to bring in our equipment, the best way to set up, and any additional requirements for outside vendors. We are available to attend any pre-wedding meetings to make sure that we are working in sync with the rest of your wedding team.
We completely understand that weddings are not cheap and that many elements are to be taken into account when it comes to your budget, especially when additional costs are associated such as outside vendor fees that many resorts now charge for bringing in professional vendors.
