We know how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding, and even more so when you are planning a Destination Wedding in a far-away land. If you need just a bit of help getting things rolling, some extra hands once you arrive in Mexico, or assistance with all of the decisions & details from start to finish, we’ve got three handy options to suit your needs.

Concierge Services

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with so many things on your to-do list once you arrive in Mexico? Our Wedding Concierge service is here to help with all those details, so that you can relax and enjoy more time with your guests. We can help you put together your welcome bags, do a tequila run, assemble any favors or decorations you may have brought, or just take care of a few errands to make your wedding and vacation stress-free. We want to help you get in some more pool time, so consider us your personal assistants for an afternoon/ day/ week, whatever you need.

 Some of the services we provide include:

  • Coordinating dinner reservations & transportation for your pre- and post- wedding events
  • Purchasing items for welcome gift bags, assembling & delivering to your guests
  • Booking baby-sitter services for your guests travelling with little ones
  • Booking spa appointments, shows, excursions and activities
  • Putting the finishing touches on your decorations and favors
  • Purchasing and delivering pool toys, diapers, baby food, snacks and anything else that will help those guests travelling with kiddos
  • Availability the week of your wedding to help with all of your wedding week errands

 Hourly or Daily (up to 8 hours) rates available

Day-of Wedding Coordination Assistance

For Couples who have done all of the planning and organizing and could use some extra hands on deck to help execute all of your hard work on the big day. We will be there to manage all of the details and keep things flowing smoothly so that you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your wedding.

A few examples of our wedding day tasks include:

  • Assisting the Bridal Party as they prepare for the ceremony
  • Assuring that the Wedding Timeline is flowing as detailed in the itinerary
  • Greeting vendors, receiving deliveries and providing instructions on setup
  • Acting as a liaison between the Venue’s Coordinator, Banquet Manager, Vendors, Bridal Party, Parents & Couple
  • Setting up any details, decorations and favors for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and ensuring that all items belonging to the Couple, are collected at the end of the evening
  • Communicating cues to banquet team, musicians/entertainers, and Bride & Groom for key moments during the day
  • Remaining accessible to the Couple and/or Lead Wedding Planner during the entire event to assist wherever needed
  • Attending to and resolving any situations that may arise
  • Distributing final payments and/or Gratuities to suppliers
  • Organizing transportation for guests at the end of the evening

Includes Initial Consultation + 2 Follow Up meetings by Phone or Skype, Venue Walk-through and Final meeting when you arrive in Mexico, & Up to 12 Hours of assistance on your wedding day.

Destination Wedding Planning

If you just want to relax and let someone else take care of the whole shebang, from providing venue options, creating a design concept, helping you select & manage your wedding day team of suppliers, to helping choose your cake flavor (wait, you’ve got this one? ), our Certified Riviera Maya Destination Wedding Specialist is here to help! We have more than 5 years of experience planning and executing stunning, unique and most importantly, FUN Weddings for couples who want a truly unique wedding experience in Mexico.

We will be helping you through the entire planning process, including:

  • Providing venue options & scheduling site inspections, plus providing assistance with selecting & booking your Venue
  • Working with you to create a design concept for each event
  • Assisting with budget planning and assistance with allocation
  • Providing guidance with the legal requirements to get married in Mexico
  • Planning & coordinating civil, spiritual, religious and same-sex marriages
  • Assisting with vendor selection, bookings and management (photographer, florist, catering, décor, hair & makeup, entertainment etc.)
  • Assisting with your seating plan
  • Coordinating accommodations, airport transfers and local transportation for Guests
  • Planning pre- and post- wedding activities such as welcome cocktails, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunch
  • Coordinating local activities and excursions for you and your guests
  • Organizing and delivering your personalized welcome gift bags with custom itineraries to all of your guests
  • Creating a detailed timeline of all events which will be delivered to your venue staff, suppliers and wedding party
  • Providing full coordination and management of wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
